Guajillo Chilli

Also called mirasol, puya, catarino and cascabel, Guajillo Chilli, “Chile Guajillo” is a staple in Mexican cuisine.

Considered mild to hot, this chilli is perfect in moles, marinades and salsas. Mostly found in its dried form, this chilli needs to be re-hydrated first before using it in recipes.
