This salsa made with chile de árbol is a great accompaniments for tacos, specially the always delicious Mexican pastor style tacos.
Salsas are incredibly easy to make and the best thing about them is, that you can adjust the heat without compromising the flavour.

8 chiles de arbol
4 medium tomatoes cut into quarters
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
- In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of oil and toast the chillies until fragrant. Approximately 4 minutes on medium heat
- Add the tomatoes and garlic and cooked until soft. Let them cool.
- Blend everything together, slowly adding the olive oil.
- Season to taste and serve.
As with any other salsa, you can enjoy it with any meal of the day, you can also have it as a dip.
